Apartments
Tulipano Apartment
Located on the second floor of a building, with access via a gate. There is a space at the back to park bicycles and an area at the entrance where you can leave strollers.
- Spacious living room with 5-seater sofa, TV, 6-seater table, balcony equipped with table, chairs and umbrella for outdoor dining. It is also possible to add a single bed
- Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, hob and dishes
- 2 double bedrooms, one of which has an added bunk bed, for a total of 4 places bed and a large balcony
- Private bathroom with shower box
Mimosa Apartment
Located on the second floor of a building with a lift, just 50 metres from Via Dante and 200 metres from the sea. There is an area at the entrance where you can leave strollers.
- Spacious living room with 3-seater sofa, TV, air conditioning and balcony. It is also possible to add a single bed
- Air-conditioned kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven, hob
- 1 bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. It is also possible to add a camping bed
- Private bathroom with shower box and washing machine
Orchidea Apartment
Located on the second floor of a building with a lift, just 50 metres from Via Dante and 200 metres from the sea.
Fully air-conditioned, it has a balcony along the entire length of the apartment, centralised vacuum system, electric shutters, air conditioning and a stroller area at the entrance.
- Living room with sofa bed for one and a half people, TV, table for 8 people
- Kitchen equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge and freezer
- 3 bedrooms, one double plus a bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a bedroom with a single bed. It is also possible to add a camping cot to the double room.
- 2 Private bathrooms with shower box (one bathroom is located in the master bedroom)
- Laundry room with washing machine and sink
Margherita Apartment
Kitchen equipped with everything you need, fridge and freezer, oven, hob and dishes, table for 6 people, balcony along the entire length of the apartment.
3 bedrooms
- Bedroom no. 1 very large with en suite bathroom, there is a double bed, a bunk bed (or you can put the beds on the floor) possibility of adding a camping bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables.
- Bedroom no. 2 with double bed and bunk bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and chest of drawers.
- Bedroom no. 3 with two beds on the floor wardrobe and chest of drawers.

In each apartment you will find:
- Bed linen and bath linen set

- Equipped kitchen with hob, refrigerator, oven, kitchen set with dishes and pots
- Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, drying rack and cleaning equipment
N.B. Some apartments also have a dishwasher, freezer and washing machine (see descriptions).
Services included:
- 1 Midweek cleaning
- Final cleaning (excluding cleaning of hob, oven and dishes)
- Secure and covered parking space with free shuttle service
- Consumption of electricity, water, gas and air conditioning
Paid services:
- kitchen linen
- Piadina box, with 1 piadina (with 2 fillings of your choice), 1 soft drink and 1 fruit for only €10 (on request)
Services on request without supplement: child safety rails or camping cot
General conditions
Discover all the information and general conditions for your stay
- Check-in from 3pm on the day of arrival
- Check-out by 9am on the day of departure
- The keys to the apartment will be handed over at Hotel Astra
- Tourist tax excluded: € 1,50 per night per apartment
To confirm your reservation we ask for a 20% deposit to be paid by bank transfer by the date agreed with the management and following the confirmation email from the facility.
In case of cancellation of the reservation:
- within 30 days of the arrival date it is possible to request the refund of the deposit paid.
- from 29 days to 16 days from the arrival date, the deposit paid can be used for a stay to be taken within the current summer season.
- from 15 days to the arrival date the deposit will be retained as compensation for the cancellation.
For early departures, a penalty of at least 3 nights will be applied for each guest indicated in the reservation.
